Responsibilities and tasks:

Customer service and experience, nurturing client relationships, greeting and checking in visitors, answering and transferring phone calls

Coordinating merchandise, logo’d items and logistics

Assist with marketing projects such as monthly newsletter, flyers, social media posts, podcasts, blog creation and coordination, etc.

Event planning, branding and marketing activities including trade shows, conferences, events.

Knowledge employee must possess:

Effective communication skills

Business etiquette and professionalism

Ability to cultivate company culture

Proficient writing and marketing skills

Skills required for success:

Basic computer skills & MS Office proficiency including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to answer multi-line phone system

Ability to use standard office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets

Highly organized and attention to details

Professional business writing

Social media experience

Brand management

Abilities and Physical requirements:

Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs

Ability to lift merchandise, set up trade show equipment and booths, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary

Other:

Occasional local travel; up to 25% – must possess valid driver’s license

Pleasant disposition and ability to interact positively with customers

Reliable attendance

Flexible approach with ability to focus on priorities & highly organized

Education and Experience:

Minimum High School diploma

Previous marketing and/or podcast experience a plus

  • Greet at front door
  • Answer & transfer phone calls
  • Track Inventory & Order Supplies
  • Assist with marketing and employees on projects
  • Help plan events
  • Miscellaneous clerical duties
  • Light travel from time to time will occur

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Any previous clerical positions or work in an office setting is a plus
